Return & Refund Policy

ShopRadiance offers 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging with included accessories and components where applicable. Before a return is approved, customers must email a clear photo of the item and packaging to info@radiancetoronto.com so our support team can review the request.

Once approved, ShopRadiance will provide a return shipping label. Returns must be mailed back using the return label provided by ShopRadiance.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing major components, or not returned in original packaging may not qualify for a refund. If you have questions about your return, contact us at info@radiancetoronto.com.
